Keto Rash Update: Day 22

The rash is still doing its thing. But as I’ve mentioned before, it’s a lot more sparse on Zero Carb than it used to be on a LCHF diet. The redder spots are new flare-ups, and the browner areas is the hyperpigmentation I’m left with as the rash dissipates. This repeats over and over, but will hopefully end all together within the next couple months.
