No changes in measurements, except dropping half a pound. I’m reaching a temporary plateau and will update monthly versus every two weeks.
I’m on Day 11 of a 30-Day Challenge with a friend online; today calls for 50 pushups, 110 squats and holding three sets of planks for 65 seconds each. That’s been going well, as long as I spread the exercises throughout the day. Baby steps.
Since reintroducing eggs, I haven’t noticed any change in headaches or rash. I’ve also reintroduced probiotics, including my new favorite drink Kevita.
Off to take granny to lunch, so have a wonderful day.
