Mini-update this round. I probably should have taken this photo before breakfast, but I was a hungry girl!
I mentioned going more ketogenic during my last update, but that’s a work in progress. I have cut out eggs, which was a tough ordeal in itself, and so far – sadly – I think I’m seeing positive results by doing so (my typical ovulation migraine was weak, and I’m noticing less intense daily headaches). Let’s hope it doesn’t have to stay permanent because eggs are so good and so easy, and are in so many recipes!
