

Besides turkey chili and grilled lamb and veges I made my first batch of grain-free biscuits with almond flour and ground flax seeds. They were delicious alone, with fruit, or for sandwiches with uncured turkey, ham, pancetta, and avocado. The meat loaf recipe was juicy and tasty (I only wish I had the full 2-lbs of ground beef the recipe called for instead of having to add some ground turkey).
Like every other detox I’ve been through, I expect to feel worse before I feel better. I’m slacking on posting my body measurements, weight and before photos, because I was out of town. I will get on that in the next few days.
